摘要
通过白桂木种子发芽抑制物的生物鉴定和测定种子萌发过程中过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶的活性对白桂木种子的休眠和萌发生理进行研究。结果表明,白桂木的果皮含有抑制物质;种子萌发过程中过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性变化不大;经300 mg.L-1GA3溶液处理白桂木种子在萌发初期过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性均显著高于清水浸种处理。
Dormancy and germination physiology of the seeds of Artocarpus hypargyreus were studied by determining the inhibition components in the seeds and the activity of peroxidase,catalase and dehydrogenase.The results showed that the peel contained inhibition components.In the seed germination process,the activities of the peroxide enzyme,catalase and the dehydrogenase did not change significantly.After the soaking treatment with GA-3(300 mg·L-1),the peroxidase,catalase and dehydrogenase activities were significantly higher than those of water soaking treatment in the initial seeds germination.
