摘要
高职院校图书馆图书招标采购有很多益处,但如果操控不当,在图书招标采购过程中也存在一些风险,造成负面影响。探讨了高职院校图书馆招标采购过程中易产生的风险,提出了若干规避办法。
The bid-invitation procurement of the library of higher vocational college has many advantages,but there are some risks in the process of the bid-invitation procurement because of the improper operation that might cause some negative effects.This paper probes into the risks easily occur in the process of the bid-invitation procurement of the library of higher vocational college,and puts forward some avoidance methods.
