摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定水中苯、甲苯、乙苯的方法。方法使用甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相、C18柱和VWD检测器,检测波长为260nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。该方法无需使用有机溶剂对水中苯系物进行提取和浓缩,只需加入少许氯化钠溶解,离心过滤后就可以直接测定。在所采用的色谱条件下苯系物各组分的分离度较好,线性方程的相关系数均可达0.9999,苯、甲苯、乙苯的最低检出限分别为0.005、0.004、0.004 mg/L,样品的标准偏差小于2%(n=7),变异系数小于3%(n=7),平均加标回收率在96.0%~98.6%之间。该方法灵敏度高、简便、准确,可用于地表水中苯系物含量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was built to determine the content of benzene,toluene and ethyl benzene in water.This method used methanol and water(65:35) as mobile phase,C18 column and VWD detector,detection wavelength was 254nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the samples were no need to be extracted or condensed by organic solvents,only need to add a little Sodium chloride to dissolve,then can be directly measured after centrifugalization and filtration.The results showed that every component of BETX has a good separation,each liner correlation was up to 0.9999,the detection limit of benzene,toluene and ethyl benzene was 0.005,0.004,0.004 mg/ L separately,the standard deviation for BTEX was less than 2%(n=7),the variation coefficient was no more than 3%(n=7),the average recovery rate ranged from 96.0% to 98.6%.The method was sensitive,simple,and accurate,could be used to detect the content of BTEX in surface water.
