摘要 针对传统液压机控制系统的不足,为使其拥有更好的性能和人性化操作界面,构建了基于PLC与工业触摸屏的电气控制系统整体结构,设计采用三菱FX1N PLC作为主控核心,实现的功能分别为与上位机的数据交换,对液压机外围硬件电路以及内部阀体控制和对压力、位移、温度的数据检测。并给出相应的PLC程序及部分上位机界面设计。应用结果表明,与传统设计相比,该系统既可以实现自动优化运行,又可以满足手动控制的操作要求,提高了工作效率,是机电一体化的典型应用。 To make up for the shortage in the traditional control system for hydraulic press,this paper constructs the overall structure of electrical control system based on PLC and industrial touch screen.In order to make this system has better performance and humanized operation interface,Mitsubishi FX1N PLC is used as the core to realize its function data exchange with PC,the control of the peripheral hardware circuits and internal valves,and the data detection in the pressure,displacement and temperature.And it also offers the design of the corresponding PLC procedure and part of the PC interface design.Running result shows that compared with the traditional design,the system not only can realize the automatic optimal operation,but also can meet the performance requirements for manual control and improve work efficiency.This is a typical application of mechanical and electrical integration.
