摘要
目的建立测定中药黄药子中黄独乙素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法甲醇提取药材,氯仿萃取,高效液相色谱法测定,采用Symmetry C18(150 mm×3.9mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(40∶60∶0.08)为流动相,流速0.8ml.min-1,检测波长为215nm。结果黄独乙素溶液在4.92~396.00mg.L-1时与其吸收值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率99.80%,RSD=0.57%。结论本方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确、可靠,适用于黄药子中黄独乙素的含量测定。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Diosbulbin B in Dioscorea bulbifera L.Method The dried medicinal herb was extracted with CH3OH and CHCl3,then determined by HPLC.The symmetry C18 column(150 mm ×3.9 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric(60∶ 40∶ 0.08)and a flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1,at the detection wavelength of 215 nm.Results This method showed good linear relation(r=0.999 8)in the range of 4.92-4396.00 mg·L-1 for salicylic acid.The average recovery was 99.80%,with RSD of 0.57%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Dioscorea bulbifera L.
