摘要
以1.0×10~5m^3、1.5×10~5m^3、2.0×10~5m^3的原油储罐罐壁厚度设计为例,说明GB 50341计算出的厚度过于先进,许用应力的选取值得商榷;SH 3046标准又过于保守;API 650计算结果与实测的应力水平较为接近,因此,在大型油罐设计时建议优先选择API 650作为设计规范更为适宜。
Exampled with the thickness design of oil storage tanks with the volumes of 1.0 × 10^5 m^3 , 1.5 × 10^5 m^3 and 2.0 × 10^5 m^3, it is indicated that the thicknesses calculated in accordance with GB 50341 are non-conservative and the allowable stress used in this standard is controversial. However, the result from SH 3046 is over conservative. The result based on API 650 is comparatively closed to the values measured from practice. Thus, it was proposed that the selection of API 650 as the design code in designing large oil tank is more appropriate.
