摘要
低相对分子质量胍胶压裂液正成为一种新型清洁压裂液。研究了硼砂交联低相对分子质量羧甲基羟丙基胍胶凝胶体系再生前后的流变性。考察了硼交联低相对分子质量羧甲基羟丙基胍胶凝胶体系的影响因素,研究了再生前后凝胶体系的粘度曲线、粘弹性和滞后环,并使用共转Jeffreys模型表征了凝胶体系的流动曲线。结果表明,再生后体系具有良好的粘弹性和剪切变稀特性,再生前后的流变特性基本不变,说明该体系具有良好的可再生性。共转Jeffreys模型可表征凝胶体系的流动曲线,计算值与实验值吻合良好。
Low molecular weight guar gum fracturing fluid is a new type of environmental-friendly gel system.The rheological properties of the borate cross-linked low molecular weight carboxymethyl-hydroxypropyl guar gumgel system were studied in this paper. The influencing factors on properties of gel system as well as the viscosity curve,viscoelasticity,thixotropy of gel system before andafter regeneration were investigated; the flow curve was characterized by non-linear co-rotational Jeffreys model.The results show that the gel system still possesses nice vis-coelasticity and shear thinning properties after regeneration,the rheological properties are the same as before regeneration. Therefore,the gel system is proved to be well regenerated. Non-linear co-rotational Jeffreys model can be applied to describe the flow curve of gel system correctly and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data.
