摘要
指出了在查新接待、受理过程中以及查新后,用户心理对查新工作的影响,分析了用户常见的6种错误心理,提出了对查新咨询工作实行规范化管理,加强查新机构的软、硬件建设,提高查新人员素质,积极开展查新用户培训工作,加强与科研管理部门、查新用户的协调工作。
After pointed out the influence of entrusted persons asking assessment of literature novelty on assess- ment of literature novelty during the acceptance and after the assessment of literature novelty, and analyzed the 6 common wrong aspects of mentality in application for assessment of literature novelty, the authors suggested that standard management should be implemented, hard and software construction should be strengthened, professional quality of persons engaged in assessment of literature novelty should be improved, entrusted persons asking assess- ment of literature novelty should be actively trained, and coordination between scientific research management ogices and entrusted persons asking assessment of literature novelty should be enforced.
