摘要
采用正交试验,探讨在不同光照条件下MS大量元素、6-BA、2,4-D、NAA对7个红掌品种愈伤诱导的影响。结果表明:散射光照对红掌愈伤诱导有促进作用;对红掌愈伤诱导影响排序为:MS大量元素>NAA>6-BA>2,4-D,大量元素的影响效果最明显,6-BA和2,4-D的影响效果差异较小。
The influence of major elements, 6-BA, 2, 4-D and NAA on callus generation of seven Anthurium andreaeanum cultivars in different light treatments was studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the scattered light has positive effect on inducing healing tissues; the effects of major elements were obvious, while that of 6-BA and 2, 4-D were unconspicuous.
