摘要
文章以模拟工业洗涤废水为研究对象,探讨了几种因素对混凝处理及Fenton氧化处理效果的影响,得出PFS-PAM混凝耦合Fenton氧化法混凝过程的最佳条件为:pH=5.0,PFS投加量为0.7 g,混凝时间为5 min;氧化处理过程最佳条件为:[H2O2]/[Fe2+]=2,pH=3.0,氧化时间为5 min。与单独混凝处理、单独Fenton氧化处理的处理效果进行比较,PFS-PAM混凝耦合Fenton氧化法处理效果更好,COD总去除率可达98%左右,LAS总去除率也可达到88%,显示了该方法的优越性。
Effects of some factors on simulated factory washing wastewater treatment by PFS-PAM coagulation-Fenton oxidation have been studied. The results show the best conditions of coagulation process were pH=5.0, PFS dosage=0.7 g, coagulation time=5 min, and the best conditions of Fenton oxidation process were: [H2O2]/[Fe2+]=2, pH=3.0, oxidation time=5 min. Compared with coagulation singly and fenton oxidation singly, the combined treatment was superiority with 98 % CODer removal rate and 88 % LAS removal rate.
