本文综述了国内外蜜蜂毒主要过敏原磷脂酶Ａ_２的研究进展，主要包括一般的蛋白质特性、作用机制、免疫学及生物学作用等。
Phospholipase A_2 is a major alleopn in the venom of the honeybee which has been extensively studied. The biochemistry, physiological and pharmacological activities, and allergy of phospholipase A_2 are veviewed in thes paper.
