摘要
为了研究车载CAN总线网络系统常见故障的诊断方法,设计了一套通用车载CAN总线网络系统链路故障测试与分析诊断系统并进行实车测试。实际测试上海大众PASSAT1.8T车型的车身舒适系统CAN总线在正常与模拟的多种不同链路故障状态下传输的信号波形加以分析比较,总结出车身舒适系统CAN总线故障波形诊断流程。实践证明:采用CAN总线故障波形诊断法可快速、准确地排除车载CAN总线网络系统链路故障。
To Study fault diagnosis for CAN-bus on automobile,a system is designed to test and analyze Link Fault of CAN-bus.Through the test and analysis to the waveform of a signal on CAN-bus of PASSAT's bodywork electronic convenience system,a fault diagnosis about the waveform of a signal on CAN-bus is summarized.Practice proves that this fault diagnosis can rapidly and accurately troubleshoot the link fault of CAN-bus on automobile.
