摘要
目的：建立玉泉丸中葛根素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，使用Agilent HC—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇：水（30-70）作为流动相。流速1．0mL／min，检测波长250nm。结果：葛根素在40-160μg／mL范围内线性较好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．71％（RSD为0．35％）。结论：该方法快速、简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好，处方中其他成分对测定亦无干扰，分离效果好，可用于玉泉丸中葛根素含量测定。
Objective：To establish a method for content determination of puerarin in Yuquan pill by HPLC. Methods： The experimental condition of the RP - HPLC method was as follows ：Agilent HC -C18 column（ 5μm ,250×4.6mm） , with linear gradient elution using methanol and water （ 30 ： 70 ） ; The flow rate was 1.0mL/min ; Detected wavelength was 250nm. Results ： Puerarin demonstrated good linear relationship in the range of 40 - 160p, g/mL（ r = 0.9999 ）. The average recovery rate was 99.71% with RSD of 0.35%. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable , accurate and It could be used in the determination of puerarin in Yuquan pill.
