摘要
目的:建立玉泉丸中葛根素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水(30-70)作为流动相。流速1.0mL/min,检测波长250nm。结果:葛根素在40-160μg/mL范围内线性较好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.71%(RSD为0.35%)。结论:该方法快速、简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好,处方中其他成分对测定亦无干扰,分离效果好,可用于玉泉丸中葛根素含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of puerarin in Yuquan pill by HPLC. Methods: The experimental condition of the RP - HPLC method was as follows :Agilent HC -C18 column( 5μm ,250×4.6mm) , with linear gradient elution using methanol and water ( 30 : 70 ) ; The flow rate was 1.0mL/min ; Detected wavelength was 250nm. Results : Puerarin demonstrated good linear relationship in the range of 40 - 160p, g/mL( r = 0.9999 ). The average recovery rate was 99.71% with RSD of 0.35%. Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable , accurate and It could be used in the determination of puerarin in Yuquan pill.
