肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸机制 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤的发生发展不仅与机体的免疫功能,在某种意义上更与肿瘤细胞的免疫抑制作用密切相关。肿瘤细胞分泌免疫抑制物质抑制机体免疫功能,即肿瘤细胞的免疫抑制作用,是肿瘤细胞逃避机体免疫监视,使肿瘤得以发生和发展的重要机制。迄今已知可为肿瘤细胞分泌的免疫抑制分子约有20余种。肿瘤细胞可通过多种途径逃避机体免疫系统的监视,包括肿瘤诱导的抗原呈递的减弱,免疫抑制因子的上调,增加或补充调节细胞的数量参与到免疫抑制网络等。
