摘要
[目的]了解大连市食品卫生状况,探讨提高食品卫生质量的措施,为制定防制对策提供科学依据。[方法]按国家颁布的《食品卫生标准》和《食品卫生检验方法》的要求对2007~2009年本单位检验的食品(包括委托和监督)进行检测和分析。[结果]大连市2007~2009年检测12类食品3 092份抽检样品,总合格率为83.38%。2009年比2007和2008年合格率高,第一、四季度比二、三季度合格率高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]今后应对主要超标食品进行重点关注和重点监测,采取及时有效的措施,预防食源性疾病和食物中毒事故的发生。
[Objective]To explore the situation of food hygiene,so as to provide scientific basis for the measures of food-related disease prevention and control.[Methods]Samples from food production and operation units were tested.The results were analyzed according to Hygienic Standard of Food and Methods of Food Hygienic Analysis" issued by China.[Results]Among 3 092 food samples surveyed from 2007 to 2009 in Dalian,the total qualified rate was only 83.38%,higher in 2009 than in 2007 and 2008,higher in the first and the fourth quarters than in the second and the third quarters,with significant differences(P0.05).[Conclusion]Further study should focus on the main excessive foods and monitoring,timely and effective measures should be taken to prevent food-borne diseases and food poisoning incidents.
