摘要
介绍了经过改性的常用絮凝剂在鄂西高磷赤铁矿选矿试验中的应用情况,确定了适合该高磷赤铁矿选矿的絮凝剂种类、最佳用量和最佳pH值等条件。絮凝过程中絮凝剂选择性地吸附了带负电的矿物粒子,有效降低了粗精矿的磷含量,为进一步通过反浮选提高精矿铁品位创造了条件。试验结果表明改性聚丙烯酰胺絮凝能力较强、选择性较好,是一种优良的赤铁矿絮凝剂。
Application situation of normal floceulant which pass through modification in beneficiation test of high phosphorus hematite in west of Hubei is introduced, conditions like type, optimum dosage and optimum pH value of flocculant suit to the beneficiation of this high phosphorus hematite are confirmed. Floceulant adsorbs mineral particle with negative electrification selectively in flocculation process, reduces the phosphorus content of rough concentrate effectively, provides conditions for further enhance iron grade of concentrate through reverse flotation. Test result shows the flocculation ability of modified polyacrylamide is strong and has good selectivity, is a sort of good flocculant of hematite.
