摘要
研究不同CA(芳烃中碳原子数占整个分子碳原子总数的百分数)的国产环保橡胶油在轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与轮胎行业现用的两种进口产品进行了对比。结果表明:随着国产环保橡胶油中CA的增大,相应硫化胶除滚动阻力有所增大外,邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐老化性能、抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能均无显著变化;添加不同CA的国产环保橡胶油的胶料各项性能与添加国外产品的对比试样基本相当,完全可以满足轮胎生产需要。
The application of domestic environment-friendly rubber oil with different CA in tread of tire was investigated,and compared with two kinds of imported products now used in tire industry. The results showed that, as the CA Of domestic environment-friendly rubber oil increased, the rolling resistance of vulcanizates increased, the Shore A hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, aging property, wet skid resistance and wear resistance were unchanged. The properties of compounds were similar with those using imported products, and could meet the need of tire production completely.
