三峡库区青蒿种植基地的主成分分析 被引量:5

摘要 在自然生长条件下,选取三峡库区44个青蒿生长地点,对影响青蒿花蕾青蒿素含量的相关因素进行主成分分析.结果表明:前3个主成分累计百分率为89.258 6%,可以用来表述影响花蕾青蒿素含量相关因素的全部信息.主成分1为青蒿的阳光土壤因子,主成分2为青蒿的立体气候因子,主成分3为青蒿的生物量因子.将44个青蒿生长地点分为4类,根据青蒿素种植需要进行集中选择,筛选出阳光土壤因子和立体气候因子最佳的青蒿种植地点为三峡库区的酉阳县和秀山县,与目前三峡库区青蒿原料的实际采集地点吻合. 44 sites for Artemisiae annie L.growth were selected to study artemisininum content in bud with principal components analysis,the main results were summarized as follows: The contribution ratio of accumulated variance reached 89.258 6%,the 3 principal components reflected the character of artemisininum content,the first principal component was a factor of sun and soil,the second principal component was a factor of spatial climate,the third principal component was a factor of biomass.The 44 sites for Artemisiae annie L.growth were divided into 4 kinds and selected according to planting objectives,the sites with high factor of sun and soil and spatial climate was Youyang county and Xiushan county,it is in agreement with supplying sites of Artemisiae annie L.raw material.
