运动疗法对冠心病病人血浆IL-6及CRP水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察常规内科治疗结合运动疗法对冠心病病人白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将60例冠心病病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组均予常规内科治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加运动疗法,共3个月,分别测定两组治疗前后IL-6、CRP水平。结果治疗后两组较治疗前IL-6、CRP明显降低(P<0.01),但观察组较对照组降低程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论常规内科治疗结合运动疗法能更好地降低IL-6、CRP,调节冠心病病人免疫功能。
