摘要
本文对不同浓度纸浆在不同的超声波脱墨时间下进行脱墨,同时采用浮选法脱墨,比较所得再生纸的关键性特性白度、色度等。研究结果发现:纸浆浓度5%,超声波脱墨时间40min时再生纸白度最好;纸浆浓度5%,超声波脱墨时间20min时黄色色度最低。相同的脱墨条件下,得纸率按浓度的递增而呈上升趋势。
Put the pulp of different concentrations under the ultrasonic at different deinking times then use the flotation deinking, compared the key features derived from recycled paper such as whiteness,color and so on. When the pulp concentration is 5% and the ultrasonic time is 40min,the whiteness of the recycled paper is the best one;and when the pulp concentration is 5%and the ultrasonic deinking time is 20 rain,the yellow color is minimum.In the same de-inklng conditions, the paper rate ascended by the increasing of concentration.
