汽车主减速器总成在线检测系统研究

摘要 主要介绍了以阶次分析为核心的主减速器总成在线检测系统的组成及技术实现。系统作为主减速器柔性装配线的最后一道工序,以阶次分析为核心,实现对转速、转矩及振动信号等实时数据的采集、处理、显示和存储。该系统可以实现对多种减速器总成的综合性能的检测,并可以通过预先设定的评判策略对产品性能做出评测。 This paper introduces the constitution and technique realization of the on-line examination system for the main reducer assembly based on order analysis. The examination system is the last procedure of the flexible assembly line for the main reducer assembly. Order analysis is the core of the system. The system can examine general performance of several kinds of main reducer assemblies by real time acquisition, processing, display and store of rev, torque and signal of vibration datum. The system can give an evaluation on the performance of the production by the pre-set evaluation measure set before.
