介绍了液氧泵在空分装置中的作用及地位,分析了变频调速的基本原理,进行了主要方案设计(包括对主要电气器件的选型,DCS、变频器和电动机的配合设计),解决了液氧泵重载启动的问题,达到了液氧泵的高效、节能、稳定运行的目的。
The author describes roles and functions of liquid oxygen pump in air separation plants,and the basic principles of frequency control,and then makes a schematic design(including the selection for major electrical devices,the mix-design of DCS,converter and motor).It is designed to provide a solution for heavy-duty startup of the liquid oxygen pump,and to improve its performance of efficiency,energy saving and stable operation.
