摘要
针对单纯数字签名在现代电子商务和电子政务中的不足,提出了一种基于数字水印技术的电子印章方案。该系统结合了数字水印和单向散列函数技术,实现了电子文档的防窜改、印章防复制和安全访问控制功能,能有效满足电子公文的基本需求及相关安全性规定。并给出了实验效果和以后可能的发展方向。
For the simple digital signature can’t meet the requirement of modern e-commerce and e-government, this paper propose an electronic stamp program based on the digital watermarking technique. The system combines the digital watermarking technique and Hash function to ensure the document is robust with tamping and coping. This can be fit for the security of electronic documents. The experimental results and possible future direction of development are given at last.
