辊压机水泥预粉磨对矿渣的挤压效果

摘要 矿渣的易磨性比熟料差,但在辊压机预粉磨系统中,对粒度小于熟料的矿渣是否要经过预压处理,进行了针对性的试验研究。结果表明:(1)颗粒相对较小的矿渣填充于颗粒较大的熟料中,提高了料床的密实性和稳定性,并提高了辊压机的挤压效果,且使矿渣的易磨性得以改善;(2)矿渣与熟料共同经过辊压机挤压后再入磨的流程,其水泥颗粒级配和水泥性能均要优于单压熟料的预粉磨流程。 Slag is more hard to be ground than cement clinker, and in the roller press pregrinding system, wether the slag smaller than clinker should be precompressed was studied in the experiment. The result shows as follows, (1) the smaller slag filled in the interspace of the larger clinker which resulted in that the compaction degree and stability of the material bed and tbe compressive effect of the roller press was increased, and the grindibilty of slag was improved; (2) the grain grading and performance of cement produced by the process of pregrinding slag and clinker together in the roller press was better than that of the process of precompressing clinker only.
