摘要
用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为功能化试剂,经过一定的物理﹑化学方法处理,使纳米氧化鏑和壳聚糖(CS)以TDI作为桥梁合成新材料DTC(Dy2O3-TDI-CS)。重点研究了该材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌性能以及最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并且与壳聚糖的抑菌性进行了对比。实验表明该材料比壳聚糖有更好的抑菌性,由抑菌圈实验和最低抑菌浓度实验结果可以看出,合成的材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最佳。
The novel material DTC(Dy2O3-TDI-CS) was composed with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI) as the functional reagent,after a certain physical and chemical approach to dysprosium oxide nanoparticles and chitosan(CS) grafted to TDI.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC),inhibition zone of the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were focused on by the DTC.Meanwhile,its antibacterial activity was compared with CS,the results showed that the antibacterial activity of new substance was better than that of CS.The antibacterial activity of the DTC on Staphylococcus aureus was better by the results of inhibition zone and minimum inhibitory concentration test.
