摘要
打底焊对连续管管-管对接焊缝的内成型起着决定性作用,打底焊质量是整个焊缝成型及性能优劣的基础。对直径25.4~50.8mm,壁厚在2.11~4.44mlTl的连续管在其他参数不变的条件下,通过单参数变化,进行了焊接电流、坡口形式及壁厚尺寸对焊缝成型质量的影响规律进行试验研究。结果表明,当壁厚小于3.5mm时,采用V形坡口焊接,可获得平整的内成型;对于壁厚大于3.5mm的连续管打底焊时,采用V形坡口很难获得平整的内成型,需采用U形坡口。
Butt backing weld plays a crucial role in the internal formation of the tubing-tubing butt weld seam of coiled tubing,and the quality of butt welding is the basis for the formation of the whole weld seam and its performance.An experimental study was conducted of the law of the effect of welding current,groove type and the dimensions of wall thickness on the forming quality of the seam in the coiled tubing with a diameter of 25.4~50.8 mm and a wall thickness of 2.11~4.44 mm by means of single-parameter change with all other parameters remaining unchanged.The result indicated that,when the wall thickness was less than 3.5 mm and single V groove welding was adopted,a smooth internal formation could be achieved.When backing welding was done in the coiled tubing with a wall thickness larger than 3.5 mm,it was very difficult to adopt a single V groove to achieve a smooth internal formation.A single U groove should be adopted.
