摘要
胰腺癌是恶性程度很高的消化道肿瘤,手术切除仍是目前治疗胰腺癌的唯一方法,但是由于胰腺肿瘤的解剖和生物学特性,使得目前手术治疗上仍面临诸多亟待解决的问题,必须加以重视。本文希望通过术前可切除性评估及手术切缘情况、胰腺癌可能切除、术中淋巴结清扫范围、术前减黄及姑息手术等六个方面阐述目前胰腺癌手术治疗中出现的一些问题和研究的最新进展,以期进一步提高我国胰腺癌的诊治水平。
Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of the digestive tract,surgical resection remains the only potentially curative intervention.Due to the anatomic and biological characteristics of pancreatic cancer,many problems need to be solved in current surgical treatment.This article aims to assess the preoperative resectability and resection margins of pancreatic adenocarcinoma,the management of borderline resectable pancreatic cancer,the range of intraoperative lymphadenectomy,the preoperative biliary drainage and palliative surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in China.
