摘要
目的:探索水牛角硫酸水解提取物钡残留消除方法。方法:以pH为指标调控氢氧化钡用量,中和水牛角硫酸水解液,浓缩,干燥,制成水牛角提取物,以原子吸收光谱法测定其提取物含量。结果:pH与提取物钡残留随氢氧化钡溶液用量增加相应升高,当pH<3.20时,未检测到钡残留。结论:控制氢氧化钡用量,使中和液pH保持在3.20以下,可以有效除去提取物中钡残留。
Objective:To find a method to eliminate residual barium in Bubali Cornu neutralization solu- tion. Method: Residual barium in Bubali Cornu exact was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry,the exact was produced by concentrating and drying the neutralization solution which was produced by neutralizing the extracting sulfuric acid solution with barium hydroxide solution, the dosage of barium hydroxide solution was controlled by the pH. Result : Barium can not be detected when the pH was less than 3.20, and barium content increased with the pH value. Conclusion:Residual barium can be effectively eliminated by controlling pH of the neutralization solution.
