钻井液用降黏剂磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐聚合物的合成与评价 被引量:5

Synthesis and Evaluation of Sulfonated Styrene-Maleic Anhydride Polymer as Viscosity Reducer for Drilling Fluid

摘要 以甲苯和丙酮为溶剂,苯乙烯、马来酸酐为主要原料,合成了磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐聚合物(SSMA),平均相对分子质量为2 500~4 000。室内评价结果表明,SSMA具有良好的降黏和抗温性能。SSMA加量为30 g/L时,可使4%淡水基浆的表观黏度从7.5 mPa·s降至3.0 mPa·s;SSMA加量为40 g/L时,可使塔里木油田高密度(欠)饱和钻井液(CX体系钻井液)表观黏度由108 mPa·s降至75 mPa·s,使钾聚磺体系钻井液表观黏度由63 mPa·s降至34 mPa·s。加有SSMA的CX体系钻井液在150℃下热滚24 h后,钻井液流变性能基本保持不变。SSMA可用作高温深井钻井液的降黏剂,具有良好的应用前景。 Sulfonated styrene- maleic anhydride polymer (SSMA) was synthesized using: styrene and maleic anhydride as main raw material and toluene and acetone as solvents. The average molecular weight of SSMA was 2500 -4000. The evaluation results show that SSMA has good properties in viscosity reduction and heat resistance. The apparent viscosity of 4% fresh water clay mud decreases from 7.5 mPa·s to 3 mPa·s by adding 30 g SSMA/L. The apparent viscosity of CX drilling fluid with high density and undersaturation drilling fluid used in Talimu Oilfield decreases from 108 mPa·s to 75 mPa's and the apparent viscosity of KCl -poly- sulfonated drilling fluid decreases from 63 mPa. s to less than 34 mPa. s by adding 40 g SSMA/L. The rheological property of CX drilling fluid containing SSMA is unchanged after ageing 24 hours at 150 ℃. SSMA can be used as viscosity reducer for high - temperature and deep - well drilling fluid and has good application prospeer.
