摘要
柱塞泵由于压力高,振动大,极易造成各部件的损坏,使机泵机械效率降低。本文主要从流量计对测量值的影响以及利用动态监测,提高机泵效率这两方面进行研究。通过电磁流量计和涡轮流量计不同测量值的对比,说明选择合适流量计的重要性。利用动态监测,可以及时准确发现机泵故障,保证机泵的高效率运行。
Due to the high pressure and big vibration,the plunger pump is susceptible to damages of its parts which could lower the efficiency.This article mainly discussed the influence of the flowmeter on the measure value and the use of dynamic monitoring to improve the pump efficiency.
