摘要
为了满足社会对护理专业技术人才的需求,提高学生的职业能力,培养具有一定的理论知识、较强实践操作技能的高等应用型护理人才,针对儿科护理实训教学中存在的问题,对实训课的教学内容、教学环境、教学方法、考核方法等方面进行改革,收到了显著的教学效果。
In order to adapt to medical education development and meet social demands for nurses,we took measures to improve the students' professional abilities,theoretical knowledge and operating skills.For existing problems in pediatric nursing practice teaching,we reformed teaching contents and methods,focused on practical skills training.As a result,good teaching effect was achieved.
