摘要
介绍立式航空燃料储罐底板的结构及其与常见的石油储罐罐底板结构的差异,分析了立式航空燃料储罐的锥形罐底结构对罐底板应力的影响,在此基础上提出了该储罐底板焊接施工质量的控制原则,结合某航空燃料中转油库储罐组焊施工过程中的裂纹缺陷进行了分析并给出了详细的处理方法。
The difference in the constructions of bottom plates of jet fuel tanks and common oil tanks are introduced. The impact of jet fuel tank construction on the stress of cone bottom plates are studied, on the basis of which the welding quality control principles for the cone bottom plates of tank are presented. The cracking in the welding of tanks in jet fuel tank farm intermediat deports are analyzed and countermeasure are described in detail.
