摘要
目的了解临床护理人员的患者安全文化现状,为提升患者安全水平提供参考。方法采用横断面调查的方法,以自制的患者安全文化测评问卷对580名临床护理人员实施测评。结果患者安全文化得分(3.83±0.38)分,8个测评维度得分由高到低依次为:护士长的参与、持续改进、团队合作、医院管理支持、开放性沟通、护士执行力、不良事件报告、惩罚性感受。不同科室的护理人员患者安全文化得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员患者安全文化总体处于正向水平。苛责文化依然是构建安全文化的最大障碍,护理管理者需要从转变当前安全管理理念等多方面提升患者安全文化水平。
Objective To investigate the status of clinical nursing staff's patient safety culture and provide reference for improving patient safety. Methods A cross - sectional survey was conducted and 580 clinical nurses were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The mean score of patient safety culture was (3.83 ± 0.38 ). The eight dimensions arrayed according their scores from the highest to the lowest were head nurses'participation, continuous improvement,teamwork, support of hospital management, openning communication, nurses'executive force, reporting frequency of adverse event and fear of blame. Significant differences were found among the clinical nursing staff in different departments ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The overall status of patient safety culture is in the positive level. The blame culture is still the biggest barrier in the process of nurturing patient safety culture. Nursing administrators need to en- hance patient safety culture from many aspects, such as changing the concept of current security management.
