摘要
利用机械混合法合成用于高酸原油酯化脱酸的固体催化剂,催化剂能够有效降低原油的酸值,减轻高酸值原油对管线和生产装置的腐蚀。并对此催化剂进行了表面结构、机械抗压强度及透射电镜的表征,同时还考察了催化剂的使用寿命,催化剂在155h后仍然保持80%以上的脱酸率,能够满足固定床的要求,可以用在固定床反应器上。加入改性组分后的催化剂其机械抗压强度明显提高,且在高温段与不加改性组分的脱酸效果相当。
The solid catalyst for esterification to remove naphthenic acid from the high acid crude oil is synthesized by mechanical mixing method. This catalyst can reduce the acid value of crude oil effectively to alleviate the corrosion of pipelines and production facilities by high acid value of crude oil. The catalyst's surface structure, mechanical compressive strength are characterized. And its lifecycle is investigated. The results show that the catalyst still remains the high deacidification rate of 80% after 155 hours,which can meet the requirements for fixed-bed reactor. After modified component added, the mechanical compressive strength of catalyst is increased significantly, and in the high-temperature section,the deacidification effect is equivalent to the catalyst without modification components added.
