摘要
β-七叶皂苷钠(sodium aescinate),是从七叶树科植物的天师粟干燥成熟果实娑罗子中提取的一种含多脂键三萜皂苷钠盐,临床使用日益广泛,应关注其不良反应及临床应用的安全性。本研究就其近年来的临床应用及不良反应做一综述。
Sodium aescinate is from poppy plants aesculus dry extract of a mature seed containing ester bond triterpenoid saponins.The clinical use of Sodium aescinate is widely,therefore we should pay attention to adverse reactions and clinical application security.In this paper,the recent years in the theatment and ADR are reviewed.
