摘要 应用弹性蛋白酶气管内滴入复制金黄地鼠肺气肿模型。方法:将金黄地鼠麻醉后,气管内一次性滴入弹性蛋白酶液(40 u/100 g体重),分别于实验第 3天、1周、2周、3周、4周时处死。对地鼠肺脏进行病理学检查,测定第4周时平均肺动脉压、右室收缩压、右心室肥大指数、肺容积。结果:实验第4周时,地鼠出现了典型的肺气肿改变,平均肺动脉压、右室收缩压、右心室肥大指数、肺容积均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:气管内一次性滴入弹性蛋白酶可成功地复制出金黄地鼠肺气肿模型。 Objective: To develop an emphysematous model in hamsters using porcine pancreatic elastase(PPE) intratracheal admin istration. Methods: Emphysema was induced in hamsters using PPE(40 unit/100 g body weight), the pathological changes were observed at 3d, 1w, 2w, 3w, 4w after intratracheal administration of PPE, and the mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP), right ventricular systolic pressure(RVSP), ration of right ventricular hypertrophy(RVHR), volume of lung(LV) were measured at 4 weeks after intratracheal administration of PPE. Results: Typical emphysematous changes occurred, and the MPAP,RVSP, RVHR, LV were increased significantly in hamsters with administration of PPE than these of control hamsters at 4 weeks. Conclusion: Intratracheal administration of PPE may successfully induce emphysema in hamsters.
