摘要
为了研究ＨＳＰ７０在食管鳞癌中的表达及与Ｐ糖蛋白、ＰＣＮＡ表达的关系，采用ＳＰ免疫组化法，检测了４０例食管鳞癌组织中ＨＳＰ７０、Ｐ糖蛋白及ＰＣＮＡ的表达情况。结果在食管鳞癌组织中，ＨＳＰ７０表达阳性率为５７．５％（２３／４０），Ｐ糖蛋白的阳性率为４０．０％，ＰＣＮＡ的阳性率为６２．５％。ＨＳＰ７０阳性等级与Ｐ糖蛋白的阳性等级具有相关性（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与ＰＣＮＡ的阳性等级具有密切相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明食管鳞癌是ＨＳＰ７０、Ｐ糖蛋白高表达的肿瘤。食管鳞癌中ＨＳＰ７０的表达与Ｐ糖蛋白的表达存在着一定相关性。在细胞增殖过程中，ＨＳＰ７０起着一定的作用，有可能成为判定食管鳞癌增殖的指标。
To study the relation of HSP70 expression and p glycoprotein、PCNA expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCCs).Immunohistochemical SP methods was used to detect the expression of HSP70、p glycoprotein、PCNA in 40 cases of ESCC.The positive rate of HSP70 in ESCCs was 57.5%(23/40).The positive rate of p glycoprotein was 40.0% and PCNA positive rate was 62.5%.There was correlativity between the positive grades of HSP70 and p glycoprotein( P <0.05).The positive grades of HSP70 and PCNA were close correlated with each other( P <0.01).The expression of HSP70 and p glycoprotein were high in ESCCs.HSP70 may play some role in the cell proliferation,and might be used as an indicator of proliferation of ESCCs.
