摘要
绩效考核制度采用平衡计分卡原理,将从财务收益、医患关系、医疗工作流程和学习成长4个维度对医院进行绩效考核,根据医院的现有发展状况,制定符合医院战略目标的指标体系,既要突出社会效益导向,又要兼顾经济效益成果。
Staff performance assessment introduces principles of balanced scorecard. Performance management is implemented from four dimensions of financial income, doctor-patient relationship, work process and self-development. It establishes indicator system according to the current status of development and strategic objectives, giving consideration to both social and economic benefits.
