大鼠电流损伤后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平的变化

摘要 目的:观察电流损伤后大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的变化规律,并探讨其在诊断电击伤中的意义。方法:利用110V交流电电击大鼠,建立大鼠无电流斑电击损伤模型,于电击后即刻、15min、30min、1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h、7h和8h,分别取出电击组大鼠和空白组大鼠的血液进行ALT全自动生化分析。结果:实验组大鼠ALT在电击损伤之后整体呈上升趋势,至3h达最高峰,其水平约为空白组的1.5倍,此后逐渐下降,于8h处接近空白组水平。结论:电流损伤后大鼠ALT水平在6h内发生规律性改变,可作为无明显电流斑电击损伤鉴别及确定电流损伤时间的一个辅助诊断指标。 Objective:To investigate the changes of ALT concentration in rats' blood after electrical injury and try to identify the medico-legal significance.Methods:The animal model of electrical injury without electric marks was established and serum alanine transaminase(ALT)detection were done at 0,1/4,1/2,1,2,3, 4,5,6,7,8hours after electric injury(alternating current,voltage 110V) by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:The ALT amount rose after the rats were shocked,and reached the peak at 3h.Electrically injured rats' ALT amount was about 1.5 times higher than that in the controlled group at 3h.Then the amount began to fall and came down to the level of the controlled group at 8h.Conclusion: The research finds out that the changes of ALT in rats' serum can be taken as a guide in identifying the electrical injury without electric marks.
