摘要
为保证钢管拱混凝土的密实度和贴实度,在传统混凝土的高压泵送顶升施工中引入了真空辅助原理,论述了该技术的工艺性试验、理论计算和现场实施,确定了合理的真空度为-0.08 MPa~-0.06 MPa,保证了灌注质量,提高了工效。
To ensure the density and clinging of the concrete in the steel tube arches,the vacuum auxiliary principle was applied in the traditional concrete high-pressure pumps construction.Through the technique test,theoretical calculation and practical implement,a reasonable vacuum degree for-0.08 MPa~-0.06 MPa was determined.The technique ensured the perfusion quality and high efficiency.
