摘要
从分析骨外固定结构单元的力学性质入手,讨论常用骨外固定构造形式。并结合临床病例分析,提出正确使用各种骨外固定器的原则和方法。强调骨段空间约束,适当加强连接结构,控制结构的整体刚度,以避免出现与结构有关的并发症。
Based on the property of the structural elements of the external skeletal fixator (ESF), the contribution of individual structural elements was studied. 16 cases of complications related to the structure failure of ESF was analyzed. The correct principle and method in use of ESF were provided. The constraint to the bone segment degrees of freedom (DOF) and the optimization to stiffness of the ESF system were emphasized.
