摘要
在对医院患者满意度测评工作中构建信息化平台,并纳入到绩效考核体系内。介绍患者就医满意度测评流程再造的意义,具体阐述新型患者满意度评价信息化系统设计及其应用实效,指出该系统有助于降低医院行政管理成本并提高管理水平。
Constructing informatization platform in patients' satisfaction evaluation work in hospitals,integrates this evaluation results into performance evaluation system.The paper introduces the significance of reconstructing the evaluation process of patients' satisfaction for medical care,concretely elaborates the design and application effectiveness of the new patients'satisfaction evaluation informatization system,points out that the system will help to reduce administrative costs in hospitals and improve management level.
