摘要
由于随机振动是影响载货汽车行驶平顺性的主要因素,同时,为了推广虚拟激励法在载货汽车随机振动分析领域的应用,阐述了广义单点虚拟激励法的基本理论,建立了含有平衡悬架的载货汽车五自由度振动结构模型。应用虚拟激励法建立了载货汽车的虚拟路面激励,给出了真实振动响应的功率谱密度。通过仿真实例,验证了仿真方法在载货汽车随机振动分析中的有效性。
Random vibration is a key factor on ride comfort,as while,in order to expand the application of pseudo-excitation method in the field of random vibration analysis of trucks, basic theories are discussed on generalized single-point pseudo-excitation method, five-degree of freedom model of truck is constructed with balanced suspension. Pseudo road excitation is constructed with pseudo-excitation method, power spectrum densities of real responses are given. By the simulation of an example ,the effectiveness of simulation method is proved for random vibration analysis of trucks.
