摘要
介绍了国内外大型模锻液压机工作介质的使用状况,对液压机使用水(乳化液)和油(液压油)的主要理化特性、介质与元件及系统的技术关系以及油泵直接传动与水泵-蓄势器传动性能进行了比较分析,确定了我国800MN大型模锻液压机的工作介质为油,最后,从系统的可靠性、安全性、仿真、控制等方面对液压系统技术方案和技术创新进行了分析研究。
The working medium adopted on the huge hydraulic close-die forging press both in China and abroad was introduced and the main physical-chemical properties of water(emulsions) and oil(hydraulic oil) used for hydraulic forging press,the technical interrelations between the working medium and components and the performance of direct-oil-pump-drive and water-pump-accumulator-drive were comparatively analyzed.The oil as working medium for China 800MN huge hydraulic close-die forging press was confirmed.Finally,the technical scheme and innovations for its hydraulic system were analyzed and studied from the aspects of reliability and safety,simulation and control etc..
