摘要
轧钢厂正常轧制的钢材表面存在裂纹缺陷。利用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜对裂纹的形貌进行观察,发现裂纹附近存有高温氧化产物,经腐蚀后裂纹附近脱碳严重。由此可知:为连铸坯的表面裂纹,在经加热的过程中产生高温氧化,而正常的热轧工艺无法使其焊合,最终在钢材表面表现为裂纹缺陷。
Surface cracks were found on the surface of normal rolling steel. The morphology of the crack was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and optical microscopy(OM)and high-temperature oxidation products were found near the exist, with serious decarburization near cracks after corrosion. The result shows that high temperature oxidation would arise after heating the cracks of continuous casting billet, which can not be welded by normal hot rolled technology, and defects of the roiling steel will appear finally.
