瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉苏醒期的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的为提高术后苏醒质量,观察瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉手术结束前镇痛药的使用。方法选择80例择期全麻的患者,随机分为两组,A组瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚复合麻醉;手术结束前20min静注芬太尼0.05~0.1mg。B组瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚复合麻醉手术结束前不用镇痛药。结果 A组的VAS评分与躁动评分效果明显优于B组。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉醉麻手术结束前要充分镇痛,保持苏醒期平稳。
