摘要
随着知识经济的兴起,知识管理受到越来越广泛的关注。作为提高企业核心竞争能能力的重要资源,隐性知识愈发显示其重要性。本文介绍了显性知识与隐性知识的研究现状,分析了现阶段隐性知识研究存在的问题,最后从组织管理、隐性知识交流环境、员工隐性知识挖掘、隐性知识传播等宏观和微观两个方面提出了隐性知识研究中存在问题的解决办法。
With the rising of knowledge-based economy,more and more concerns are focused on knowledge management.As an importance enhancing core competition of enterprises,the tacit knowledge is shown to be more important.The present situation of the explicit knowledge and the tacit knowledge is described in the paper, some problems existing in the present tacit knowledge research are analyzed and lastly,the motheds to solve these problems are shown from macro and micro aspects,such as Organization management,communication environment of the tacit knowledge,recessive knowledge tap of the staff, spreading of tacit knowledge and so on.
