Analysis of 15 Cases with Heat Stroke

摘要 目的:探讨热射病的发病机制及治疗方法。方法:对2010年7月住院治疗的15例确诊为热射病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经治疗后4例死亡,6例好转出院,5例好转继续康复治疗。结论:热射病属神经科危重症,尽快降温可改善预后,尽早识别并纠正休克、弥散性血管内凝血及多脏器功能障碍综合征是抢救成功的关键。 Aim:To investigate the pathogenesis and treatment of heat stroke(HS). Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 15 cases who were diagnosed as HS and received treatment during July,2010. Results:After the treatment,4 cases died,6 cases were cured,5 cases took a turn for the better and continued to receive rehabilitation treatment. Conclusion:HS is a neurological critically disease. Cooling as soon as possible can improve the prognosis. Identifying and correcting the shock,disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and multiorgan dysfunction syndrome(MODS) as soon as possible is the key point to rescue successfully.
