摘要
用电沉积法制备了Al2O3/Ni-Mn纳米复合材料,在不同温度和应变速率下进行了超塑拉伸试验和超塑胀形试验,并对该复合材料的断口进行了分析。结果表明,在超塑温度500℃、应变速率1.67×10-3s-1下,该复合材料的最大伸长率为530%;氧化铝颗粒的加入不仅细化了材料的晶粒,更提高了材料的韧性;在材料受热时,氧化铝颗粒对材料的晶粒长大有一定的抑制作用;该复合材料的最大相对胀形高度,即高径比达到1.616。
Al2O3 /Ni-Mn nano-composite was produced by pulse electrodeposition.The superplasticity tensile and superplasticity bulging test were carried out under different temperature and strain rate.The results show that,the largest elongation is 530% under superplasticity temperature of 500 ℃ and strain rate of 1.67 × 10-3 s-1.Al2O3 particles refine the grains and toughen the material;when heated,Al2O3 particles suppress the grain growth.The biggest relative bulging height,which is defined as dome apex height over the die inner radius,is obtained in the gas bulging test,it is 1.616.
