摘要
该文以ISI Web of knowledge收录的文献题录作为数据样本,对食品检测研究文献的时空分布进行分析,然后利用动态网络分析的信息可视化技术和工具—CiteSpace Ⅱ对这些数据进行文献共引分析和聚类分析,绘制出食品检测的研究发展演进的知识图谱,揭示了食品检测的代表人物和代表文献,展现了食品检测的热点领域和研究前沿。
This paper is based on the theme of ＂food test＊ OR food determination OR food examination OR food inspection OR food detection＂ included in ISI Web of knowledge, according to visual co-citation analysis and clustering analysis by using of Citespace II. The author reveals the temporal, spatial and organizational distribution, thus reflecting research situation of food inspection. Then the author draws the knowledge map of the cited literature about food inspection, confirming the position of some researchers in the field of food inspection. And the author draws the knowledge map of research hotspots and cutting- edge, analysing the research hotspots and cutting-edge of food inspection.
